I am delighted and honored to serve as your assistant principal. Being part of this incredible school community fills me with immense pride and joy. My journey in education has always been driven by a deep passion for nurturing young minds, and my focus on early childhood education is a testament to that commitment.

Dear P.S. 143Q Community,

I am thrilled to start my 10th year as an AP at P.S. 143Q! My passion for education began in college when I organized a tutoring program in Philadelphia. Twice a week, I drove a large van full of tutors into Philadelphia's Chinatown, where we helped students of all ages. Knowing I could make a difference in children’s lives is what motivated me to move to NYC and become a Teaching Fellow.

I am filled with excitement as I embark on my 18th year with the NYC Department of Education and my fourth year as an Assistant Principal at P.S. 143Q. It is an absolute privilege to continue serving our incredible students and families, and I remain deeply inspired and motivated by the vibrant and diverse community we are fortunate to be a part of.

As a former English as a New Language teacher, I bring a deep passion for supporting students in reaching their academic and personal goals. I am equally committed to assisting families as they navigate life in New York City and guiding teachers in learning how to best meet our students' diverse needs.
